USGS Acoustics Mailing List Information

An automated electronic mailing list for hydroacoustics is maintained by Kevin Oberg (http://answers.usgs.gov/cgi-bin/gsanswers?pemail=kaoberg@usgs.gov). The acoustics mailing list is used to exchange information on the use of acoustic profilers within the USGS and by other agencies. It is the primary means for disseminating up-to-date information regarding USGS policies, training classes, workshops, and new developments.

There are two ways to subscribe to this mailing list:

1. Subscribe via your Web browser by clicking on the following link or typing in the url http://simon.er.usgs.gov/mailman/listinfo/acoustics
2. Send email to acoustics-request@simon.er.usgs.gov and include the words "subscribe" and "end" on separate lines in the body of the email. Once you are subscribed, future emails should be addressed to acoustics@simon.er.usgs.gov
